President and General Manager

For Shawn, electrical work runs in the family—his dad is an electrician and his brother is an electrical engineer, so he’s been part of the electric industry his whole life. As the Co-Owner and President of Bright Services, Shawn oversees every aspect of both business development and daily operations. When it comes to growing the Bright Services team, he leverages over 18 years of electrical industry experience to ensure each crew member is properly trained to provide an exceptional client experience. Shawn’s favorite part of the job is helping clients achieve the vision they have for their homes.

Bonnie Varner

Co-Owner, Human Resources and Marketing

As Bright Service’s HR manager, Bonnie puts in the work to create a company culture that empowers employees to be all they can. With 15 years of management experience and a love for training and teaching, she’s committed to providing both employees and clients exactly what they need to be successful. Whether she’s networking with the community, helping new hires hit the ground running, or training her team to reach their fullest potential, Bonnie is passionate about her work.
